What you'll drive
Make every departure unforgettable
Plan, manage, and coordinate end-to-end trip operations (domestic & international)
Liaise with vendors, local guides, and partners for smooth on-ground execution
Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to align customer bookings with backend logistics
Create trip documents, checklists, trackers, and ensure SOPs are followed
Handle pre-trip and on-trip escalations or issues with quick resolution
Ensure customer experience is top-notch through timely communication & coordination
Track inventory, bookings, and travel essentials for each departure
Collect feedback and assist in improving operations systems and processes
