Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate end-to-end trip operations (domestic & international)
  • Liaise with vendors, local guides, and partners for smooth on-ground execution
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to align customer bookings with backend logistics
  • Create trip documents, checklists, trackers, and ensure SOPs are followed
  • Handle pre-trip and on-trip escalations or issues with quick resolution
  • Ensure customer experience is top-notch through timely communication & coordination
  • Track inventory, bookings, and travel essentials for each departure
  • Collect feedback and assist in improving operations systems and processes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations (travel/events/hospitality preferred)
  • Strong coordination & multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Trello
  • Willingness to work flexible hours depending on trip schedules
  • Passionate about travel & creating memorable experiences
