• Gift vouchers are transferable and can be used by anyone, not limited to the original purchaser.
• Each voucher is valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase.
• Only one voucher may be applied per booking.
• Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Vouchers may only be applied to new bookings and cannot be used for existing reservations.
• Vouchers can be redeemed across all Desh Videsh trip packages, excluding individual flight or hotel bookings.
• Partial redemption is allowed, so you can use the voucher until its full value is exhausted.
• The recipient’s email cannot be changed once the voucher is purchased, as it is sent immediately upon payment.
