Day 1: Pickup – Transfer to hotel – Trip meeting

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and step into the mystical capital of Nepal.
Proceed for hotel transfers and check-in. Freshen up and soak in your first Himalayan vibes.
Join the group for an optional lunch and a casual stroll around the local markets filled with Tibetan prayer flags, cafés, and trekking shops.
Attend the trip briefing at 2 PM to meet your fellow trekkers and get an overview of the journey ahead.

Day 2: Flight Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m), by plane Then Trek to Phakding (2610m)

Take an early morning flight to Lukla (2,840m) and enjoy one of the most scenic aerial views of the Himalayas.
Begin your trek from Lukla to Phakding (2,610m), covering a distance in approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Arrive in Phakding, check into your cozy tea house, and enjoy your first warm Nepali meal on the trail.

Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Begin your scenic trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) after a hearty breakfast.
Enter Sagarmatha National Park and get your permits stamped as you officially step into Everest territory.
Cross the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge and push through a rewarding ascent, with your first views of Everest, Lhotse (8,516m), and Nuptse (7,861m) along the way.
Arrive in Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital nestled in the mountains.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazar (3440m)

Begin the day with a slow morning in Namche Bazaar, allowing your body to acclimatize to the altitude.
Hike up to the Everest View Hotel (3,880m), one of the highest-altitude hotels in the world, for stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Thamserku.
Return to Namche and explore the charming local markets, cafés, and bakeries at your own pace.

Day 5: Trek from Namche Bazar (3440m) to Tengboche

Begin your trek from Namche to Tengboche after breakfast, entering deeper into the heart of the Himalayas.
Walk through trails lined with ancient stupas, prayer flags, Mani walls, and serene alpine forests, with constant views of Ama Dablam (6,812m).
Arrive in the tranquil village of Tengboche and visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, located at an altitude of 12,700 ft.
Witness a breathtaking sunset over the mountains, including views of Everest.

Day 6: Trek from Tengboche (3810m) to Dingboche (4410m)

Begin the day with a peaceful morning visit to one of the region’s oldest Buddhist monasteries.
Trek through ancient trails and traditional hamlets like Shomare, Orsho, and Upper Pangboche.
Ascend into the Khumbila Khola valley, surrounded by towering peaks including Taboche, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Cholatse, and Lhotse.
Arrive in Dingboche (4,410m) by late afternoon and unwind amidst the serene high-altitude landscapes.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Enjoy a slow morning in Dingboche as today is reserved for acclimatization to help your body adjust to the altitude.
Head out for a short hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100m) or Chhukung Ri (5,046m), offering stunning views of Makalu, Lobuche, Thamserku, and Ama Dablam.
Return to Dingboche for a warm meal and spend the evening relaxing with the group, sharing stories around the fire.

Day 8: Trek from Dingboche (4410m) to Lobuche (4910m)

After breakfast, begin your trek through the Khumbu Khola Valley, gradually ascending towards Duglha.
Walk alongside breathtaking glaciers and majestic peaks including Khumbutse (6,636m), Lingtren (6,749m), and Pumori (7,161m).
Pause at Memorial Hill, a poignant site that honors climbers who lost their lives on Everest, a powerful and reflective moment on the trail.
Arrive in Lobuche (4,910m) by late afternoon and rest in this quiet high-altitude settlement.

Day 9: Trek from Lobuche (4910m) to Gorakshep (5140m) then Everest Base Camp (5364m) and back to Gorakshep (5140m)

Begin your trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp.
Have a quick lunch at Gorakshep to refuel for the final push.
Trek from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp (5,364m), a 2 to 3 hour journey filled with emotion, pride, and awe as you finally reach this iconic destination.
Return to Gorakshep before nightfall.

Day 10: Trek from Gorakshep (5140m) to Kalapatthar (5545m) then Pangboche (3930m)

Begin a pre-dawn trek to Kalapatthar (5,545m) around 3 AM with headlamps on, aiming to witness one of the most unforgettable sunrises over Everest. (Optional but highly recommended.)
Descend back to Gorakshep and enjoy a well-deserved breakfast.
Begin your descent from Gorakshep to Pangboche (3,930m), with the trail feeling lighter and your spirit fuller.
Visit the ancient and mystical Pangboche Monastery along the way.

Day 11: Trek from Pangboche (3930m) to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Begin your scenic descent by crossing the Imja Khola Bridge.
Pause at Tengboche Monastery for a moment of reflection.
Continue the descent to the Dudh Koshi River and cross the suspension bridge near Phungi Thanga.
Trek past charming villages like Tashinga and Sanasa, retracing familiar paths now filled with memories.
Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 12: Trek from Namche Bazaar (3440m) to Lukla (2840m)

Begin your final descent from Namche Bazaar, taking in the last breathtaking views of the Everest region.
Trek down through lush rhododendron forests, retracing the scenic trails.
Continue the steady walk to Lukla, moving with pride and joy for what you’ve accomplished.
Arrive in Lukla by evening and mark the end of your journey with a celebration, sharing stories and laughter with your trek mates.

Day 13: Flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla or Ramechhap by plane and drive to hotel

Take a scenic flight from Lukla (or Ramechhap) back to Kathmandu, marking the end of your trek.
Receive your official Everest Base Camp Trek Certificate—a keepsake of your incredible journey.
Check in to your hotel in Kathmandu and relax. The city now feels different, with Everest a part of your story.
In the evening, head to Thamel for a celebratory dinner with live music, great food, and joyful company.

Day 14: Final Departure or Onward to Other Destination

Say your final goodbyes to the group—filled with hugs, gratitude, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Transfer to the airport will be arranged as per your flight schedule.
Fly back home or choose to extend your stay and explore more of Nepal’s charm.
End of the Everest Base Camp experience.
