Important Notes
- Age group for group departures: 18–45 years. Custom/private trips can be curated for all age groups.
- Booking amount: ₹50,000 per person to initiate the booking. This is generally non-refundable except in visa rejection cases as per the policy below.
- All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and services at the time of confirmation.
- 5% TCS is applicable on the final package cost as per government regulations.
- If visa is rejected 30 days or more prior to DOT – A fee of ₹15,000 per person will be charged, and the remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.
- If visa is rejected within 0–30 days prior to DOT – A cancellation of ₹35,000 per person will be charged.
- Credit notes, if issued, will be valid for future trips with Desh Videsh as per the terms mentioned at the time of issuance.
- Rates are not valid during blackout/festive periods such as Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Dussehra, or major international events unless specifically mentioned.
- Itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions, operational issues, or in the interest of traveller safety and comfort.
- Any city taxes, security deposits, or additional local charges imposed by hotels or authorities are to be pai directly by the traveller
- 30+ days before: 50% of trip cost
- 15-30 days before: 75% of trip cost
- 0-15 days before: 100% of trip cost
- Within 30 days: No date changes allowed
- Before 30 days: Free for domestic trips
